TK Funding Group LLC is not a lender. We act as an intermediary between clients and independent third-party lenders.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, funding, specific terms, interest rates, or financing amounts. All credit decisions are made by third-party lenders.

By submitting an application through TK Funding Group LLC, you authorize the following:

• TK Funding Group LLC and its partner lenders may obtain consumer credit reports, business credit reports, bank statements, and other financial documents.
• TK Funding Group LLC may share your application, credit information, and supporting documents with multiple lenders for the purpose of seeking financing.
• Soft or hard credit inquiries may be performed depending on the lender’s process.

You affirm that all information submitted is true and accurate.

• TK Funding Group LLC may receive compensation from lenders, lessors, or financial institutions for arranging financing.
• In some cases, the client may pay fees directly to TK Funding Group LLC. Any such fees will be disclosed in writing before acceptance.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Notify TK Funding Group LLC of any changes related to your business or application
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
• Not submit fraudulent, misleading, or false information

False or misrepresented information may result in application denial.

By using our Services, you consent to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TK Funding Group LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your inaccurate or fraudulent submissions
  

You agree not to:
